If you are not satisfied with Sedaqui Academy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked, no fine print.
After 7 days from payment, refunds are prorated based on unused time on your subscription:
You can upgrade your plan (Silver → Gold → Diamond) at any time and pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard.
If a payment was made in error, was duplicated, or you were charged after explicit cancellation, contact us immediately and we will reverse the charge regardless of timing.
If a specific course fails to deliver what is promised in its description, you can request a course-specific partial refund regardless of the 7-day window. Send us a screenshot and we will investigate within 48 hours.
