By accessing or using Sedaqui Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Sedaqui Academy offers subscription plans (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual). All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

When collaborating with other students, you agree to communicate respectfully, deliver agreed-upon work on time, and honor SedaCoin agreements. Failure to meet collaboration commitments may result in account restrictions.
All course content, materials, and platform software are the property of Sedaqui Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Projects you create remain your property, but you grant us a license to display them for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Sedaqui Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
